Usum Inc. is a non-profit corporation that is registered in the state of California. It was founded in 2023 by Dr. Vahan Yoghourdjian. The specific purpose of Usum Inc. is to support programs and schools in Lebanon.

Usum Inc. aims to provide tuition assistance to students in need, offer scholarships to students with academic merit, and support programs that improve the quality of education in Lebanon. 

The board of Usum Inc. will work towards raising funds, and will partner with schools and organizations in Lebanon.
